1. I can honestly say that although I can now barely lift my arms, it was the best PT session I've every had. Finally, someone who listens and caters to your needs when you tell them your body can't cope with certain things. Highly recommend Jack, If you're looking to make a change. And only £15 a taster session!
  2. Excellent, Jack individually created and tailored a training programme to my exact requirements. He built in specific exercises to help me achieve my long term goals. Jack is extremely knowledgeable and always on hand to offer you pointers and motivation along the way. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to improve their fitness!
  3. Absolutely fantastic. The session was top class. Really good work out with Jack who helps encourage you to give your all and keep going (Even when you think you can't!). He knows what he's talking about as well and makes the session fun, which always helps. He has given me great advice to help me in the future. A true professional! Book this bloke ASAP!

  5. I bought a package of personal training sessions from Jack and it’s the best thing I’ve done in ages. I could never get these results on my own. I’ve really surprised myself at how far I’ve come and how much stronger and fitter I am in just a few weeks. I lost weight through dieting (which I hate – as I like eating) and I am determined not to put the weight back on. Not only can I eat what I like and keep the weight off - I feel fitter, much firmer, more alert and healthier. Jack makes the sessions fun and varied and is fantastic at motivating me to really push myself every time. If you want to get fit, get in shape or just get stronger and healthier I couldn’t recommend Jack more.
